Tracking the assessment and support of ECTs has become increasingly challenging this year. With a completely new curriculum and assessment framework, the introduction of ECF provision, a 2-year programme and new quality assurance requirements, it’s no wonder that many ABs are looking for tools to help manage all of these. At Mosaic, we believe we’ve done just that. With flexible reporting tools, and induction timeline calculator (to take into account pauses, absences FTE etc…), cross-cohort monitoring and cause-for-concern tracking out of the box, we’re convinced we can massively reduce your workload, and allow you to focus on effective assessment and quality assurance for ECTs and schools.
Mosaic has been going from strength to strength in the ITT market for 4 years now, and this academic year has taken strides into solving problems for Appropriate Bodies.
