Please see below a message sent to providers on 18th January 2019 regarding the DTTP being inaccessible for a time whilst software updates are carried out:

Dear User,

DTTP Software Update

As informed in the previous DTTP News email, please note that an update is required to our database system. The Trainee Teacher Portal will be offline from 5pm Friday 18 January 2019 until Monday 4 February 2019. ITT provider users will not be able to access the Portal. If the Portal can be brought back on line before 4 February we will inform you.

As you will not be able to log in the Portal during this period, in order that we keep service disruption to a minimum, please contact us at the following the address, itt.datamanagement@education.gov.uk , if you need to action any of the following processes – the DTTP team will action on your behalf:

  • Recommend QTS,
  • Request/Confirm a TRN,
  • Revise trainee details,
  • Check ITT Payment Profiles data

Permission to Recruit

If you wish to request adjustments in your Permissions to Recruit please contact the team via itt.allocations@education.gov.uk

January updates/Funding updates

If you require data changes following receipt of an email from the ITT Funding Team and do not manage to make the changes before the Portal access is suspended, please send the details to our email account and we will endeavour to make them on your behalf.

Please note that the DTTP Team will make our best efforts to carry out changes and answer your queries as best we can in a timely manner during this period. We would kindly request that you are patient and resist from sending multiple communications to us in regards to chasing previous emails. If it is at all possible to delay low priority enquiries until the Portal access is resumed it would be appreciated.
