INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) to provide specialist input into a suite of condition specific introductory videos for new classroom teachers as part of the DfE SEND Schools’ Workforce contract 2018-2019. This contract is for the provision of strategic support to the workforce in mainstream and special schools, enabling them to deliver high quality teaching which meets the needs of an increasingly broad range of special educational needs.
The suite of videos are being commissioned to ensure that new teachers have a place to start when developing their understanding of the four broad areas of need, and also have an awareness of which organisations can be approached for future resources, CPD and advice. The suite will include 12 videos, each focused on a different SEND condition. The videos are expected to be around 10 minutes long, and once complete will be hosted on the SEND gateway and Youtube.
We are inviting schools, organisations, and expert individuals to apply to provide expert content on their chosen area of expertise.
The value of this strand of the contract is ÂŁ1,600 exclusive of VAT per organisation.
The closing date for tenders to be received is 16th December 2018 at 10pm. The contracts will be awarded w/c 17th December 2018.
