On 2nd May the Religious Education Council (REC) launched its Developing a Religion and Worldviews Approach in Religious Education handbook and toolkit. This is the second part of the REC project on Religion and Worldviews and provides resources that will support syllabus writers and curriculum developers in their task of translating this vision into classroom reality.
It is an important resource which will go alongside the recent Ofsted RE Subject Report and the National Content Standard in helping teachers and leaders improve the quality of RE in their schools.
