As a result of Licence Holder feedback, NASBTT is working collaboratively with the Chartered College of Teaching to produce a series of videos to support the development of mentoring skills and expertise. The content of the videos will be related to various aspects of mentoring and coaching and will include, among other areas all relevant to the Teacher Educator role, recorded coaching conversations between a mentor and trainee following the GROW coaching model.
These videos will be made available to TEP Licence Holders only and will be available as a central resource in the TEP Licence Holder area of NASBTT’s website.
