You should have received the following message from Ofsted this morning:
Dear colleague,
We are writing to request up to date information about your ITE partnership. It is important that you provide Ofsted with information about your provision annually so that we can plan inspections effectively.
The ITE partnership information return consists of two parts: an online questionnaire and an Excel course calendar. Both parts need to be completed and returned to us by Friday 23 February 2018.
Attached to this email you have the following:

- Blank PDF version of the online questionnaire. You may find it helpful to look through the questions and gather the information requested before you start. Blank ITE partnership return 2018_19 (002)
Please do not fill in and return the PDF version.
- Excel spreadsheet of ITE provider ID numbers. You can filter this to your provision and find the ID numbers you will need.
- Excel course calendar for the academic year 2018/19 – please update this with your term dates and return directly to: dataacquisition@ofsted.gov.uk

Please remember to include specific information if recruiting to a different phase than in previous years.
If you feel you will not be able to complete this within the timeframe allocated please let us know so that we can prepare for a delayed return.
If you are a newly accredited SCITT, and you are not offering training in 2018/19, we still require some basic information from you on the online questionnaire.
If you have already indicated to NCTL that you intend to close your ITE provision this academic year then there is no need to complete this return – but please do email us to let us know.
