Salary range: Scale 5
Hours: 22.5 (8am to 12:30 Mon-Fri)
Contract: Fixed term 40 weeks per year.
To start on 1st September 2022 or earlier if possible.


This part-time post is available immediately on a one year fixed-term contract until 31st August 2023. With the possibility of extending hours and of a permanent contract at the end of the fixed term.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing team and work within an exciting and innovative school based primary teacher training provision. 

The post-holder will provide an administration service across our three Initial Teacher Training Programmes: the SCITT (School Centered Initial Teacher Training), PgTA (Postgraduate Teaching Apprenticeship) and AOR (Assessment Only Route).This is a varied, interesting and challenging role which requires the post holder’s ability to liaise with Trainees and staff at all levels, both within the primary schools and the university working with the provider.

We are looking for someone with relevant experience working in an office as part of a financial/administrative team. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with an ability to use their own initiative.
