Hours: Full time 37 hours a week
Salary: £26,845 – £29,439 per annum

Red Kite Education (RKE) are a friendly team based primarily at Harrogate Grammar School, who support our Alliance, Teacher Training and Teaching School Hubs. We connect schools, working in partnership and creating shared capacity so that together we are stronger.
As part of RKE, we run an extremely successful school-centred initial teacher training (SCITT) programme. Year on year, the number of trainees on our programmes have increased significantly and we will also be engaging more schools from the region within our partnership as a result. As our Programme Manager for Red Kite Teacher Training, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of all Initial Teacher Training Programmes.

We are looking for someone who:
- has the skills to oversee all aspects of the operational delivery of RKTT programmes, ensuring effective onboarding, course delivery and compliance with Department for Education criteria
- has the confidence to liaise with partnership schools and external agencies regarding RKTT initiatives and events
- is able to work alongside our RKE leadership team to oversee the RKE administrative function including line management of administrative staff.
