FTE salary: £46,549 per annum
Actual salary: £41,909 per annum

Red Kite Teacher Training is one of the largest school-based providers of teacher training in North and West Yorkshire. We work in partnership with schools across the region, as well as the University of Leeds, to train new teachers who are confident in the classroom and are sought after by future employers as accomplished practitioners. Working alongside the Director and Leadership Team, the Secondary Programme Leader is responsible for ensuring that trainees experience the highest quality, research informed training and are well prepared for progression through the Early Career Framework.
