Job Title: Professional Learning Team Operations Manager
Salary: PPS24, £29,174 per annum – PPS27 £31,895 per annum
Full Time, Permanent
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 52 working weeks per year
Location: The Keyworth Centre
Reports to: Director of Professional Learning
Start date: As soon as possible


Role Summary:

As a part of the Leadership Team, the PLTOM leads project development and implementation plans for all work streams, presenting clear processes and systems for agreement by leaders.
The Professional Learning Team includes, Trust Professional Learning (Teacher, Leadership and Support staff), SCITT, Apprenticeships, Science Learning Partnership and Computing Hub.


The Priory Federation of Academies Trust is committed to developing its adult learners and is looking to recruit an Operations Manager for the Professional Learning Team, which is part of the Trust’s Central Services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with energy and ambition to lead a team of administrative staff, working alongside leaders to deliver a broad portfolio of professional development opportunities. The Professional Learning Team leads Lincolnshire SCITT, our Initial Teacher Training provision, Priory Apprenticeships and the development programmes for teaching and support staff. The role would be perfect for someone who wanted to work as part of a large organisation but within a smaller team, collaborating with a range of colleagues.

The successful candidate must be educated to graduate level or equivalent and have a grade C or above in Maths and English. It is essential that you have experience of managing compliance activity, including financial compliance, as well as experience of leading others. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and personal motivation and drive.
