ITT update: Publication of 2020 to 2021 census
Last week gov.uk published the ITT trainee number census. The positive results are a testament to the providers who have worked so hard to recruit high quality trainees despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 and the move to remote recruitment.
Many providers are working closely with the DfE to provide continued feedback on the new application service, Apply for teacher training. By October 2021, all providers will need to be ready to use the Apply for teacher training service. If you are not yet using the service and want to find out more get in touch with the DfE team by emailing becomingateacher@digital.education.gov.uk
