We are seeking to appoint a Programme Officer for Development to provide high level administrative support for our teacher and leader development programmes. You will work as part of a team, supporting our teacher and leader development leads, enabling them to have impact on standards in our schools. Taking responsibility for key operational tasks, you will contribute to the wider work of the team enabling us to offer high quality programmes and development opportunities across our network.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled and possess the ability to build effective professional relationships with external providers, ensuring smooth operations and highly effective organisation and communication. You will be able to manage systems to measure and track outcomes, allowing evaluation of return on investment. You will be able to demonstrate great attention to detail when communicating with delegates, schools and partners including the collation, proofreading and distribution of reports and updates.
