Salary: £19,541 – £20,828 pa (32 hours/week)
£22,899 – £24,407 pa (37.5 hours/week)
(starting salary commensurate with experience) plus generous pension scheme.

Hours per week: 32 – 37.5 hours (negotiable), 5 days/week
Working weeks per year: 41 weeks (Term Time plus 2 weeks)
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assessment Only and SCITT Recruitment Officer to play a key support role in the Astra Teaching School Hub – Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will support the team with the coordination of the Astra Assessment Only provision as well as the recruitment of trainee teachers to the Astra SCITT.
You should be an effective administrator and communicator, with good IT skills and high standards of accuracy. You will have experience of working in recruitment and/or administration, and experience working within a school environment would be an advantage, although is not essential. Working hours can range from 32 – 37.5 per week (negotiable).

The school also runs the Astra SCITT, judged Outstanding by Ofsted in 2018, which is a highly successful teacher training enterprise, training up to 80 teachers a year, with placements in schools across the county.
