
Salary is £22,000 to £25,000 pa.

Working pattern Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
e-Qualitas requires an exceptional Senior ITT Administrator. This role provides support to the ITT SCITT Director and ITT Assessment Only Director.
You are responsible for supporting the journey of all learners from application to QTS and beyond on the Assessment Only Route (AOR) and for monitoring their progression throughout.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and have excellent communication skills at all levels. The successful candidate should be reliable, well-organised, have excellent attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines, using their own initiative.
Previous experience of working in an academic role or in a SCITT would be an advantage.
Job Purpose
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the ITT Director, Director of Assessment Only, and key personnel in partnership schools
- To provide comprehensive administrative support for a range of E- Qualitas’s activities, events, and projects
- To ensure that you remain compliant in all aspects of ITT and Ofsted regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all ITT applicant enquiries
- Check the eligibility and suitability of each applicant and establish their capacity to commence Assessment Only with eQ
- Using the government teacher training portal, register trainees for our programme
- Monitor numbers and progress of learners on programme
- Ensure trainees are compliant and eligible for all ITT routes offered
- Requesting necessary information including health & safety data from schools to comply with strict Ofsted rules
- Monitor cause for concern / deferrals / withdrawals from the programme
- Ensure QTS assessments are completed in a timely manner
- Identify essential edits to Maytas and e-track
- Support ITT Team Leader by modelling positive behaviour and attitude within the team
