The Role:
e-Qualitas are seeking an experienced Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Administrator to provide administrative support to the Programme team and to successfully support the day to day running of our ITT programme.
The ITT Administrator will support the development and delivery of all Programme functions and ensure effective operation. Additional responsibilities include assisting in all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring that compliance and legislation is adhered to.

e-Qualitas are DfE accredited providers of school-based initial teacher training, with subject and phase specificity at the heart of their curriculum.
Working in partnership with schools across the South of England, e-Qualitas have helped hundreds of teachers achieve Qualified Teacher Status via the Teaching Apprenticeship and School Direct programmes, with a pass-rate that is well above national average.
e-Qualitas’ programme is delivered through in-person training days carefully sequenced throughout the academic year, capitalising on their training location in Central London’s Knowledge Quarter.
Role Structure:
Two days each week in central London at the e-Qualitas training centre, and three days working from home, with occasional flexibility as directed.
