HOURS: Full time (willingness to consider part-time working)
SALARY: L14 – L18
The starting salary will be determined on appointment subject to experience.
PLACE OF WORK: The post holder will be based in the Shared Services office, located in Pimlico Academy. However, regular travel to all Future Academies schools will be required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The Head of ITT will work collaboratively as a member of the Trust’s Shared Services to:
- Lead the strategic development of the ITT provision.
- Lead the design and delivery of the ITT curriculum to ensure that it is research-informed and implemented successfully across all partnerships.
- Oversee the quality of provision, including trainee mentoring and progress.
- Develop marketing, recruitment and selection strategies to attract the highest quality graduates.
- Build and sustain a diverse range of partnerships including with the PGCE provider.
- Develop the SCITT’s network and presence across the sector, ensuring that the SCITT remains outward-facing, ambitious, and innovative.
- Work as part of the central education team for Future Academies, contributing to the strategic school improvement programme, as required.
- Report to the governance committee, as required.
Undertake any tasks reasonably required by the CEO or Board of Trustees.

Interview Process
