Director of Partnerships
Permanent, full time
Salary: £65,454 – £74,931
plus up to 10% discretionary performance bonus
Start date: September 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter
Location: Silverstone Park, Northamptonshire (flexible location may be possible)
Coventry University’s National Institute of Teaching & Education (NITE) is a global provider of sector-leading postgraduate degrees, training and professional development for teachers and school leaders. Our courses innovate in their flexibility and blend online and in-person delivery with school-based practice and a highly regarded tutorial programme.
About the role
This is an exciting, new opportunity to lead NITE’s student growth and educational partnerships strategies. As a member of NITE’s Senior Leadership Team, the post-holder will lead new partnership, sales and accounts teams with a global remit to raise the profile of our programmes to schools and potential students.
About you
We are looking for an emotionally intelligent and principled leader with the requisite strategic and operational experience in sales and partnership development.
The successful candidate will be highly credible, commercially aware, target-driven and entrepreneurial by nature. As important will be the ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly to a range of audiences, and teach others to do the same.
