NITE is growing, both in the number of courses and programmes we offer and the number of teachers and school leaders around the world who undertake training and professional development with us.  As such, the following new position is now available:


Head of Course Management
Permanent, full time
Salary: £42,106 – £51,392
plus up to 10% discretionary performance bonus
Start date: June 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter
Location: Silverstone Park, Northamptonshire (some flexibility may be available)


Coventry University’s National Institute of Teaching & Education (NITE) is a global provider of postgraduate degrees, training and professional development for teachers and school/college
leaders. Our courses innovate in their flexibility and blend online and in-person delivery with school-based practice and a highly regarded tutorial programme.


About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to take an operational lead in all aspects of course management across NITE’s current and new degrees and professional development courses. We offer a number of different routes into teaching and this role will oversee their on-course organisation and the management of communication with key stakeholders.


About you

We are looking for a motivating and principled leader to support the growth and development of our Course Management team. The successful candidate will have previous experience of leading a team and will know what it takes to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Additionally, they will know how to capture and review data and how to support an academic team to ensure a first rate training experience.
