Head of School Placements
Permanent, full time
Salary: £42,106 – £51,392
plus up to 10% discretionary performance bonus
Start date: June 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter
Location: Silverstone Park, Northamptonshire (some flexibility may be available)

Our courses innovate in their flexibility and blend online and in-person delivery with school-based practice and a highly regarded tutorial programme.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE as Head of School Placements, which involves the management of all school placement processes for trainee teachers seeking to gain Qualified Teacher Status.
Working closely with schools across the country, the post-holder will play an important role in ensuring placements are available for trainees, whilst also overseeing the quality assurance processes involved.
About you
We are looking for a highly organised manager, ideally with experience of working within or with schools. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently, at pace and with excellent attention to detail. They will have previous experience of leading a team from one or more of the following areas: teaching, customer services, project management or partnership development. As important, will be the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders in schools, to ensure successful placements for all trainees.
