Primary Curriculum Lead
Reports to: PLS Director & PLS Curriculum Manager
Length of employment: 2-year fixed term
Start date: starting in July 2022 (would consider a secondment) 3 days per week (must include Wednesday)
Salary: Leadership Scale 4 (inner London) – £32,206.20

The Role

PLS Primary Curriculum lead will plan, deliver and monitor the ITT curriculum for a primary cohort of trainee teachers. They are responsible for the high quality training that PLS
delivers and appropriate intervention to ensure this is consistently achieved.

PLS is a unique collaboration between two teacher training centres, St Angela’s Ursuline Teacher Training Centre and The Sydney Russell School Teacher Training Centre. Our school-led training takes place in over 40 vibrant, innovative and transforming Primary and Secondary schools in East London and Essex, covering a wide range of boroughs including, Barking and Dagenham, Newham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Havering and Thurrock.
