Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee compliance processes and procedures within the SCITT, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Implement and enhance administrative systems to streamline operations and uphold compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and standards, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to compliance, keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work independently, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive approach to compliance management.
  • To be responsible for implementing the compliance procedures, and maintain the Single Central Register.
  • To be responsible for the HR processes and procedures within the setting, including the day to day management of the Single Central Record (SCR) and maintaining staff personnel files in line with safer recruitment practices.
  • Managing records that are kept both on site and off site at the archive containers

A level 3 or above administration qualification is essential for this role. Previous experience and knowledge of SCITT processes and procedures is desirable, however full training will be provided through a supported induction process.
