- 100% of delegates rated the TEP content and TEP delivery as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ with the vast majority of delegates choosing ‘excellent’ (TEP Delegate Feedback Form)
- Delegates value ‘talking to others’ and having time to compare mentoring experiences, give advice, network, and one-to-one correspondence
- Delegates enjoy a personal, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and bespoke approach often clarifying that they are much less intimidated by the role and understand the role much more
- Delegates frequently felt that as a nationally recognised organisation, NASBTT materials can be trusted and are highly valued by attending delegates. Many are ‘sold’ on TEP training due to the formal NASBTT accreditation
