Overview

This session will focus on those providers who are working with a smaller number of trainees in their cohort. With a new ITT criteria in place for 2024 and a challenging recruitment picture, it is more important than ever for providers to feel confident in managing their budget as efficiently and effectively as possible. We will explore where there are quick wins and how collaboration could be utilised to try and share costs for the benefit of budgets and the trainee teachers within providers.

Designed to be a brief information exchange and networking session for Members, these events are the perfect opportunity for a fast-paced session focussing on a key, relevant topic and provide the opportunity for Members to engage with colleagues over a virtual coffee.
