There are lots of great AI resources (mostly free of charge) that you can use in your teaching. Whether you want to use text-to-speech, create songs or avatars, or your own listening materials with questions, there is a new and useful list of AI resources on the Secondary MFL page which will be regularly updated so please check it out and get in touch if you have more ideas than can be added to the list.
