The National Professional Qualification in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD) is a recommended qualification for Lead Mentors working within ITT partnerships as set out in the DfE’s quality requirements for 2024.

Working in close collaboration with the curriculum team at TDT, NASBTT has contextualised the learning so that it can be applied to the ITT sector in meaningful ways for ITT colleagues.
The core content of the NPQLTD will be the same as for any other delegate on any of TDT’s NPQLTD programmes; therefore, you won’t miss out on any of the rich learning that has been developed by TDT and will attain exactly the same qualification at the end of the programme.
