fallback

Over the past year, we have continued to navigate a challenging and evolving landscape for ITT. We remain acutely aware of the financial and operational pressures that our Members are facing and of the careful choices you are having to make as you plan for the year ahead.

At NASBTT, we are committed to supporting you through these uncertain times with the high-quality services and resources you have told us are of real value – from the Mentor Development Modules and NASBTT Learn, to the Trainee Resources (Subject Development Resources), our Video Resource Bank and our extensive programme of events and workshops.

Membership fees

Last year we applied a small increase to membership fees in response to rising costs. This year, however, the Board of Trustees has taken the decision to freeze both the institution and per trainee fees for 2025-2026, maintaining them at 2024-2025 rates. We hope this will go some way to recognising the continued financial challenges that many of you are facing.

Wider services

Of course, like our Members, we continue to experience rising costs across all areas of our work. In light of this, a 4% increase will be applied to our additional optional services, including the Trainee Resources (Subject Development Resources), Video Resource Bank, events, advertising and other paid-for services. We have sought to keep this increase to a minimum and to ensure our pricing continues to reflect excellent value for Members.

Mentor Development Modules

We are also making a small change to the pricing model for our Mentor Development Modules. From 2025-2026, all registered organisations will be able to access both the synchronous and asynchronous materials. The pricing structure will now include an annual registration fee of £200, covering access to the materials for taught delivery, onboarding, mentor registration, ongoing support, reporting dashboard and quality assurance processes. The per mentor fee will increase from £15.00 to £15.60.

NASBTT Learn

We are pleased to confirm that costs for 2025-2026 will be frozen and remain at the 2024-2025 costs.

Renewals

Members will receive an individual renewal communication shortly via a separate email.

Purchase order requirement

From September 2025, NASBTT will be operating a ‘No PO, No Service’ policy in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If your organisation requires a purchase order (PO) number to be included on an invoice, this must be provided to NASBTT before your registration and/or access can be processed. Each registration form will require you to confirm if a PO number is required for the invoice.

If you have any questions, please contact us at finance@nasbtt.org.uk.

We hope this approach balances the reality of our own rising costs with the need to keep membership affordable and transparent. As always, our focus remains on providing you with the highest level of support and service and we are grateful for your continued commitment to NASBTT.
