The eagle-eyed amongst you have noticed that the requirement for 3-years work experience has disappeared from the 18/19 Salaried Funding Manual
Having sought clarity from the funding team, they have replied with the following advice:
“The requirement has been removed from the funding manual. In effect the decision has been devolved to providers to assess the suitability of candidates based on their wider skills, experience and background to allow greater flexibility and recognise a potentially more diverse pool of candidates.”
