Senior Student Selection Officer
Permanent, full time
Salary: £29,169 – £36,134 plus up to 10% discretionary performance bonus
Start date: September 2023 or sooner if possible
Location: Silverstone Park, Northamptonshire

Our courses innovate in their flexibility and blend online and in-person delivery with school-based practice and a highly regarded tutorial programme.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE as a Senior Student Selection Officer leading on the selection process for all Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) courses, both in the UK and internationally. Our international teacher training programme is growing, so the role will especially focus on ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the process for international students, whilst ensuring that quality assurance processes are adhered to.
About you
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised individual to join the team to support the development of our student selection processes. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently, at pace and with excellent attention to detail. They will have previous experience of working in roles related to customer service, operations or sales. They will have a passion for supporting applicants from enquiry through to application and for improving processes to ensure students are recruited to courses effectively.
